Xiaomi India — Order of Redmi Note 12 Placed after timed out but payment not refunded

On Nov 15 2023, I placed a order of Redmi Note 12(6GBGB) 4G and the order was timed out but the payment of Rs.10056 as emi for 6 months is deducted from our SBI account credit card and still even after a week, the money is not refunded in our SBI Account. Kindly take action and solve the issue.
