Xiaomi India — Phone not working and not repaired by SErvice center by a month

I had purchased one Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone from flipkart on 24th Oct 14 with order ID OD[protected] who display stopped working from 4th Jan 15. We had given the phone to Prodcon Tech Service Pvt Ltd on 5th Jan 2015 for repair which is Xiaomi service.The service center informed us that the screen would get replaced under warranty and gave us a work order no HER/XM/14/00584. Till date we not received the phone and we are finding it difficult to survive without the phone from last one month. We had also escalated the issue to Xiaomi call center about the same on 21st Jan 2015 and again on 30th Jan 2015 but they gave only a complain no 2650 and nothing was informed on the progress of repair.
