Xiaomi India — Redmi 2: Cannot connect camera error. Hardware problem

I've purchased Redmi 2 from flipkart on 24th March 2015. After 2 months the camera stopped working. The phone was always handled with extreme care and precaution and was never dropped. I've tried to contact the service centre executive (Nagpur) on all the three given numbers but all in vain. The lines are always busy. Once it was connected the executive said that their server is down and cannot help me. Please try to contact me as soon as possible and help me.
