Few days ago I've purchased a redmi 9 Active phone from Flipkart. But the phone is not in working condition. After using few minutes it's automatically turning off. At the time of buying product there was 7 days return policy in Flipkart app. But now they are not giving replacement or refund option in the application. When I've talked to them, they are telling I've to claim it from brand. And I've visited brand Authorised 2 day. But they are telling this phone is not in warranty, they denied and telling that Flipkart will be responsible of this product as they were giving return option.
Than I again talked to Flipkart and they were telling no need to stay in service center, we will provide the replacement or refund option. But still not got that option. Now they are telling I have to go to service center again and take a job sheet from them. Now I am feeling harrasment from both sides.
So I'm requesting, please help me to get better solution as soon as possible.
