Ordered the phone with exchange of my old samsung galaxy m01 core. Mi uses cashify diagnose app during exchange of old phone. Delivery agent checked my phone & all were clear, but the cashify app says "rejected due to phone mismatch". Everything is correct from my side. Raised complaint with mi, they say contact cashify, cashify say contact mi. But I am not the one using the service of the app. So i don't know why I should do any of these. It's a prepaid order.
