Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 touch key pad not working within 1 month of purchase

I just purchased redmi note 3 from amazon a month ago and now the touch keys are not working and the phone goes on vibrating automatically . When i had a conversation with the MI customer care they told me to give the phone for servicing but i needed a replacement because i have only used it for a month and it had started malfunctioning.When i called amazon call center they said it is none of their business...and they said that redmi note 3 have many issues... I said them they are doing business unethically selling a phone which they know is having many issues and fooling people.
