Dear sir/Ma'am, I would like to inform you that I submitted my Redmi 1s mobile phone for Repair that was having power ON/OFF issue to "Ensure Support services India Ltd. Surat which is authorised service for this particular mobile phone. I submitted it on 08 September 2015.Till date i have not received my phone. whenever I called them regarding my phone they are saying that they have not received Spare parts from company.Moreover most of the time they are not responding call also. work order number of my phone is SUR/XM/15/04078, Date:08 September 2015.
