Xiaomi India — Replacement procedure not being processed | |||||
I've bought redmi note 3 from the official website mi.com on 20th june. My order id: [protected]. I received a faulty product and did called the customer care 27 times. I did everything they told. Went to another city where they serviced it and they accepted my return but they never called back. Whenever i call them, they say your case has been forwarded to the concerned team and the same will be picked up at the earliest on high priority. They even took personal guarantee on getting reply in 48 hrs and then again 24 hrs after 4 days. But all of this was fake. They never actually did anything. Its 18th july and i'm still in misery with no phone for which i payed over a month ago. I have all the e-mails and call recordings of them of all this fake promises and lies.
