Xiaomi India — Worst after sale service | |||||
I have experienced its service after sale. Worst word is not just enough. They are taking unnecessarily much time for the product to repair/replace. I have purchased Mi Ear phones from their official Site mi.com After 1 month o[censored]se, one side stopped working. I have submitted the same at service center . They told me to wait for week and we will repalce the same. Today it is more than a month. They told me not to visit again, you can confirm the status online. When i have asked mi executive on support chat. they are like, i need to check with service center. Same problem happened with my phone as well i will never buy a product from mi now at all and i suggest you guys also not to buy, still you want to buy then accept it without after sales service Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am really frustrated right now as i am not getting any kind of convincing answer regarding this return.
Please take some ownership and make this right as we are losing trust on this Brand. The complaint number is in the snapshots attached.

Now phone has a problem switched off suddenly and not getting on
i send it to meerut service center but he told me he will take 1 month to rectify the problem
