Xiaomi India — Service Center Not Repairing My Mi Pad

Hi, It's been more than 30 days since I have submitted my Mi Pad @ service center in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, still I haven't got my pad repaired. They say they haven't received parts yet. I have complaint about this to customer service number. Attender said she is forwarding matter to respective department and they will contact me. But NO RESPONSE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP. My college holidays will start from 5th December, so I have to leave for home and won't be able to collect my pad for next at least 45 days. My Job sheet no. : JS[protected]
