Xiaomi India — Touch not working under repair since 19.12.14 at service centre

To, Customer Service Head, Xiomi Technology India Pvt Ltd, 8th Floor Tower1, Umiya Business Bay, Marathalli, Sarjapur outer ring road, Bangalore-560103 Sub- Delay in Repair of Mobile Hand set MI3 in warranty period Sir, I had purchased a MI3 mobile handset on 19.8.14 through Flipcart vide order ID OD[protected], IMEI no. [protected]. In December 2014 the hand set got defective (touch not work), I gave it for repair to your service centre at Jaipur vide work order no. JAI/XM/14/00324 dt 19.12.14 (Ensure support services India Ltd).Since then I have contacted them a number of times but so far it has not been repaired. I have also lodged complaint through customer service 4-5 times but there is no positive response. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
