Xiaomi India — Warranty handset not repaired | |||||
Hello, I am abhishek joshi from nagpur. I bought xiaomi mi4 in july 2015 through amazon.In (Invoice no. Ka-blrs[protected]. On march 21st 2016, there is a display problem arises in my handset. I went to the local service centre for repairing. They made the job sheet (Js [protected]) and told me to take it after 10 days. Upon asking for the 10 days long time. Excuse was given that the spares are not available. I contacted service centre on 1st april for the handset. The extremely unprofessional staff said that "your handset is not ready, if you want you can take it as it is". Then i asked for the failure in commitment. They said your handset is under warranty and service centre gives first preference to without warranty handsets. Then they said if your handset is not repaired with one month of submission, company will take immediate action and provide you with the solution. On 2nd may, i got the call from service centre that your handset get repaired and you can collect it. After reaching there they said the problem is still not rectified and you will have to wait for 2 more days. After 2 days they make the new job sheet (Js [protected]) saying that there is a new problem arises in handset And we don't know how much time it will take to get repaired, and if you have any query you can call on toll free no. Is this the way xiaomi works all over the globe. Shame on you if you provide this type of service to your clients. Any local chinese company is better then your service.
