I gave my Xiaomi Mi3 Mobile(IMEI: [protected]) to change Cracked Touch Screen in Vinayaka Communication, Coimbatore on 12/2/2015. The service center person said
" We don't have the Touch Screen in stock. So we need to order and get it."
" Total Cost would be Rs. 6700 (I gave Rs.2000 as Advance). It would take 7 to 10 days (max) to replace and we will deliver it by 23/2/2015."
" They gave Contact Number of Service Person (Cell: [protected]) to know the status."
On 23/2/2015, I called Service person contact number (provided above) but his mobile was switched OFF. I even called to the Service Center Number (Ph:[protected] and they didn't pick the call. For two days, I tried to contact the Service Center from my Mobile but they didn't respond to my calls.
On 25/2/2015, I went to service center and the service center person said
" We didn't receive the Touch Screen yet. Still It will take 5 days(max) to replace."
"we will deliver it by 2/3/2015 for sure. No need for Coming to Service Center for enquiry. We will call and inform you."
Since then I didn't receive any calls or Response from them about my Mobile.
On 13/3/2015, I called the Service center and they told me the same thing what they said last time. "We will deliver it by 16/3/2015 for sure. " (I am not sure that they will even deliver it by Monday).
To be honest I haven't experienced such a irresponsible and worst service center.
I also doubt if my mobile is still with them or they have misplaced it and hiding the truth.
Why it is taking more than a month just to replace a screen for a authorized service center? (screen hasn't arrived yet and that is a different issue)
