I order redmi 3s prime on 25-Oct-2016 a and got delivered it. but my device not working good so i give it back for replacement on 8 November 2016 but i did not receive my replacement device really disappointed with mi customer service please solve my issue as soon possible.

You have been doing nothing. Cheapest phone can get volte and Redmi note prime not? Wow what are you doing. If you can do nothing for this so why you have launched this type of phone.we need response immediately. You have to do something.
