I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi2 from Flipkart on 8th April2015 and it got deliveried on 9th April 2015. After usage of 40 days mobile is getting heating up like hell and battery is draining very fast. I have contacted Flipkart on the same and they said to visit a service center. I have been to service center and they updated the software and said it will work fine, but the next day my mobile is completely dead and is not switching on. I agian visited service center on 28th May 2015 and Service cenetr guy after quick check of the mobile informed that there is problem with Mother Board and that need to be replaced and need to submit my mobile and wait for 7 days, I have asked for a back up mobile as i am not having one with me, Service center guy said there is no such facility, even though i accepted and waited for 7 days and called back the service center about the status of the Mobile. They informed me that i need to wait for more time. I have waited till 15th June 2015 and collected mobile on that day, Service center guy informed me that problem is not with Mother Board and it is with Battery and so replace the battery. Today 16th June 2015 i have visited Service center as mobile is heating up like hell again and battery is draining very fast.
Think a person without a mobile for two weeks and again in the same situation after two weeks.
