Xiaomi — Product is not proper | |||||
I bought a band form xiaomi website with 1 extra band strap on 27 february after 12 days means 9th working day i removed my orange band strap for use but it was having defect. the band was havin narrow hole so the mi metal gadget part was not fitiing in it. so i camplained on 10th march for replace but they rejected by saying replacement policy is over but it is the 9th working day n they are not replacing. my order id [protected]. i got the product which cant be used anywhere so i m asking for replacement of product which is having defect by the company but they r rejecting my request Was this information helpful? | |||||
