Dear Sir / Madam, Requested for Replacement. This is with reference my complaint / Ref. no.[protected] for replacement of Redmi note 3 which I am following up since 17th-sep16. Even though your department had already referred the same to your logistic department for pick up the device from home, logistic department has not pick the device and even there is not a single call till date. I purchase Redmi 3s from Mi.com which is delivered to me on 15.09.16 and when I started using I discovered that mobile is switching off automatically while using i go to the service center vashi navi mumbai TV electronic ltd. he also try to resolve the issue which is failed again facing same problem at service center after job done . I started calling customer care number from 15th.09.16 and ultimately connected on 17.09.16 he said with in 24 our you will, get cal fro pickup but still not. but no use. Since than I am following up for the same. As I have done the transaction first time with MI.com and I feel like cheated. Request you kindly speed up the matter or refund my money as this causing me mentally harassment - Was this information helpful? | |||||

Redmi note 4 is 4g mobile but it is not supported BSNL 4g. When purchased it. In feature box they wrote it is 4g mobile.
