Respectfully sir I want make a complaint that on 3 Aug 2016 I ordered a phone Redmi note 3 . When the phone delivered it was dead .I call the customer care they said that sent your mob via courier I can not pickup in nanded. Then I sent my phone via courier Dtdc . Dtdc provided me tracking id which showed phone receive by xiomi on 10 Aug . After 10 Aug I called many time xiomi care they always said your mob information is not available.
