Xioami — Redmi Note 10

Hi

I have purchased a Redmi Note 10 on 21-Jun-2021 at Sangetha Mobiles, Thirumangalam, Chennai. Tamil Nadu.

The Mobile has 3 issues in it.

Issue 1
Touch is not working at mid of Display.
Issue 2
The Phone hotter than normal within 1 min of turning the mobile. (with no apps installed)
Issue 3
Mobile Ear piece is too low.
The three issues were reported in Redmi service Centre at ******** and requested for replacement on ******** -July-2021.
After some irresponsible behavior the service, they took the phone for analysis.
Without notifying me they changed the OS and said the phone is working properly.
Within a day of OS change the issues were observed again the device.
Again, we approached the service Centre on 03-Aug-2021.
The attitude and service of the ********** branch is too bad. Again they suggested for OS change.

Since the issues in device include
Display
Board
Earpiece
further service or replacement of part in the device is unsuggestable.

I request for a replacement of the mobile as the device is just 35 days old on[protected] Still there is no reply from them.
