I BOUGHT XOLO A600 MOBILE IN 16TH DECEMBER 2013 FOR RS.7345.AFTER 3 MONTHS IT HAD THE PROBLEM OF TOUCH SCREEN DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING PROBERLY.I GAVE MY MOBILE TO GAYTHRI COMMUNICATION(XOLO SERVICE CENTER), TRICHY.THEY GAVE ME MOBILE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ONE MONTH AND LIKE THIS, THREE TIMES THEY SUBMITTED MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR.AFTER THREE MONTHS I GOT MY MOBILE BACK.THAT TIME THEY SAID THIS PROBLEM WONT COME AGAIN.
BUT IN THE LAST DECEMBER THIS PROBLEM CAME AGAIN.I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE OF XOLO.THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY FOR THE REPAIRMENT.BUT I USED THAT MOBILE FOR EIGHT MONTHS ONLY.
THEY SAID AS PER POLICY YOUR WARRENTY PERIOD IS OVER.BUT NOW MY MONEY AND TIME ARE WASTED.THEY DELIVERED THE WASTE PRODUCT.I ACCEPTED THE WARRENTY PERIOD BUT MY MOBILE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM MEANS THEN WHAT THEY DID IN QUALITY AND CHECKING(QC) OF PROCESS REPAIRMENT.
SO PLEASE MAKE IT AS A COMPLAINT AND GIVE RESOLUTION.

battery not charging
i was attach my phone to charger his show the charging but battery not charge...it a very big problems battery is good and charging pin is check is good but battery not charge...plz change my phone [protected] my contact nub
