[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo mobile blast on 2nd july 2017 | |||||
My mobile model is q1010i. Is blast just 4hrs back. So i called customer care and experience with unhelpful response. Received docket id:00173684 I don't know why it suddenly blast as it was in stable condition and unplugged with charging cable. It can be a major incident but thanks too god that there is no injury in life. Only damaged my wallet with money and my wrist watch. Please take necessary action from your end and do the needful. If i will not get any response from xolo company site then i will escalate this issue in social media as well as legal action. I will be reachable on [protected]/ kollata.
