They are not giving me my parcel as i have not provided my WhatsApp number and this company only share OTP through WhatsApp which i didn't know. Now everyday they are refusing to give me my parcel. I also called the customer care but nothing happened....

I didn't receive any parcel or delivery partner didn't gave me parcel . I received a call from delivery partner but I didn't receive OTP or any message from your Xpress bees. That's why he refused to give me my parcel . It's not my fault . Its your company fault that I didn't get OTP . I never faced this type of problem .I'm disappointed with your service .. Resolve my problem and please deliver my parcel...

I placed a order at online shopping application i.e. Tata Qlic on 9th July 2023 of Ear Buds (Hammer Company) but till now I didn't received the same. I received a message on my whatsapp regularly i.e. (Greetings from Xpressbees!

I have ordered a product from Vahdam tea, its almost 20 days the courier people are playing, morning i will get a msg like it will deliver today, evening sone fake reasons and status is not delivered, after repeating this 3 days order us cancelled, Coimbatore xpressbee is very poor, they don't have proper office or contact information to contact directly, i[censored] contact customer care they will tell like it will deliver today, fake delivery...

I was expecting a delivery from xpressbees on 21.7.2023. Suddenly i received a message stating that the product is out for delivery on 19.7.2023 and received a delivery code too. Then i was expecting for a phone call from the executive. But in the end of the day, i received a message from xpressbees stating that the delivery was failed without any specific reason. I have contacted customer care to raise the complaint, but no person attended...

I had ordered some products from urbanic prepaid from the app it’s showing shipped & reached to my destination from past 4-5 days and without contacting the person it’s showing customer not available and it’s not being delivered to me yet. The customer care service told they would deliver within Wednesday but they didn’t and today on 14th July i got message it’s out of delivery and when I called the delivery agent he said he doesn’t...

They deliver me a saaree of rs. 599/- which i don't even order. I refuse to take the order but they kept saying that you have to take the order then i take order. But i want to return the order and refund the amount...

I purchased a product from JIOMART worth INR 12440...Since 10th of July I am getting mesaage from xpressbees regarding product is out for delivery and every night they give false reason o[censored]navaibility to recieve, customer wanted delivery later etc..the pathetic thing is that on contacting xpressbees customer care you cant directly talk to any one..they dont respond for call back complaint too...no one gives number of delivery partner and...

Have two orders that were scheduled to be delivered by xpressbees on 11th July 2023.

Nobody came for delivery today . When I called Delivery Partner, he was asking for KYC documents for delivery. Why do I need to give KYC documents?

How I will be sure that my information is not misused?

Similar things happened for earlier deliveries also.KYC being asked.
Can xpressbees give me written mail...

My shipment edd is today but m iny shipment updated by nearest office I am not available but I am at home why update wrongly without any information about my shipment please wright here my shipment against complaint......

We ordered garments from AJIO which was supposed to be delivered by XpressBees (AWB [protected]) by 3rd July 2023 but we haven't received the order yet, neither any information on the order delivery status. We are not getting any information also on the order tracking site of XpressBees, it is showing "No Data Found". Please resolve the issue and help with the order delivery...

Received a product which I didnt order. I paid it through cash. After opening I understood that i got scammed. when i tried contacting customer care, there is no response....

I was using a direct shipping courier of Xpressbess, they have done lots of fraud, they are not standing with their agreements, lots of lies and fake promises, and they did deduct my money by putting fake weight discrepancies, i have received lots of fake RTO, they never solved anything till now, it's been 4 months, at least they have done fraud of 80k-100k INR, please help me, Thank you....

This order is picked up on 16-jun-2023 Estimated delivery date is 17-jun-2023 But still it's not delivered yet and I called them many times from 18-jun-2023 they were telling within 72hrs it will be delivered but still it's not resolved I have raised many tickets and complaints to them but not got any resolutions....
