I have not received my shipment yet with AWB no: [protected]. I have been receiving messages that it is out for delivery. By evening, they send message saying it is not delivered because I was not available. They did not even call me! This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks

I placed an order with AWB number[protected] and[protected] on 27 November 2023 from Purplle app. The order reached to Agartala (nearest hub) on 4 December 2023 but it's not been delivered and now it's showing that the item was returned. How can you return my order without even attempting delivery?? (The order was partially delivered). Please resolve my issue and deliver my order....

I made an order from nykaa, which was supposed to be delivered on 11th nov i haven't received my parcel nor any calls from the delivery agents. They have not even made an attempt to deliver my parcel but post fake update on the website and send messages saying that the customer is unavailable they have not even called once. I applied warranty claim for my smart watch (boat storm pro call charcoal black) in boat company which was picked up by expressbees courier company after picking up my smart watch and before reaching boat company for claiming my warranty before that my smart watch has been changed, I don't know who's change the item, maybe a courier boy change the item, but when I talked to the expreesbees courier company they told me we will investigate...

There is a product shipped by Park+ it is not delivered to me and not returned back to merchant. Such a bad service that they don't have time to reply over the email as well.

Shipment was received at my nearest hub on 31/10/23, but neither the delivery boy has called me nor I have received any message from xpressbees that I have received the parcel
Without any information they have returned my order to the base(dentalkart)

Yesterday courier boy went to wrong address and updated that we are unable at address. Today also I have received the same update that we are not available that address.

Since two days I m available at my delivery address. Even after registering complaint to XpressBees there is no action taken and courier boy have done the same thing today.

My order was placed on 21st October from my seller and it was handed over to the courier partner on 23rd as shown in the photo.

The shipment is stuck on the same location for the past 5 days and there has been no updates. Customer care is useless, as they are very slow in email reply and phone number doesnt work as after I put my Shipment no. it says "no input received"

The product was picked up from Nelamangala on October 18 2023 and now its been 13days and I haven’t received the product. It barely takes 2days for any courier company to deliver within the city and Xpressbees is faking the process by just halting the package at BLR/FC1. Worst customer support with Automated email templates and Mentioning 48hours on calls.
