I booked online flight tickets from YATRA.com from New Delhi to Patna of JET AIRWAYS airline. Flight was scheduled to depart on May 12, 2019 (Sunday) at 9:10am from New Delhi and has to arrived on same day at 11:00am in Patna. But before that, JetAirways suspended all it's operation due to their economic crisis. So my flight was also cancelled. For this I have right to get full refund. When I requested for refund from YATRA.com that time then they provide me a refund application number by email. I was told in the email that we are working to get your refund as earliest, you shall promptly receive an email communication from us, as soon as your refund is processed by the airline and initiated from our end. But i am waiting for refund from more than last 3 years but i didn't get it till now. Previously refund status was shown in website of YATRA.com but now it is not shown. To know status of refund, many times i mailed to YATRA.com but they never reply me with suitable answer. This is totally case of violation of the right to consumer. Please look in this case of mental harassment and solve it. I am providing all the details of booking and claiming refund below.
