I had booked an international flight travel on 3rd march from bangalore to toronto for me and my family (2adults and 2 kids) on yatra website. My booking details are as follows:

Once the lock down was confirmed and further extended my flight by lufthansa was cancelled by the airlines. As i did not get any communication from yatra on my flight, i reached out on lufthansa indian customer service number to get the information.
Further i opened a support ticket[protected] on 9th april 2020 on yatra website, from there yatra support team gives me update on covid-19 rather than my refund. I have also shared my recorded telephonic interaction with lufthansa customer care to yatra support with no positive reply from yatra.
Now post my travel date (Which was on 22nd apr), yatra has happily updated my booking as completed.
Again i have opened a new complaint with ref[protected] for which also the support team will update as resolved without any reply.
My 2.15 lakhs is stuck with yatra, where i am looking for a immediate refund of the full amount.

Thanks for the reply. But sadly this does not have any details on the below:
1. When was the refund requested with the airline.
2. Hasn't the airline given any date of refund
The reply you shared is an open ended statement for users like me to wait and watch. When a complaint is raised on a reputed platform, Yatra should give some concrete data rather than an open ended statement with 60days waiting period.
On the contrary people booked directly with Lufthansa have been told their refund will be done in 10 working days, but still a travel agent like Yatra with years to experience working with airlines like Lufthansa needs 60days for retrieving the refund from the airline.
Request Yatra to be specific on the refund. Awaiting your reply soon.
