After making the booking payment with confirmation message i visited the hotel by traveling 100km with my family hotel team refuses the check in saying that we don't have any room, not only we don't have current time up with Yatra, due to payment we blocked the service through Yatra..
And i contacted the yatra team still i didn't receive any justification..
I need to get my amount as refund along with compensation for my travel costs
