I have a booking from yatra for turkish airlines for 22-apr and as per airline we can convert our tickets to open tickets or reschedule one time for free due to covid issues.
I had asked for the same on 18-apr and to do change accordingly but was only updated with general information, when i replied to email as the phones and emergency lines not working, i got the reply on that you cannot do online.
Hence again asked for the same to confirm they replied they will check for the availability dates and so i need to provide them the schedule dates.
When the tickets is open how should the dates can be given
Further i have provided them the required dates for rescheduling but being last date before travel i do not have a quick response from them. Neither i got the call being this an immediate departure schedule. Looking for immedate resolution and full payment back in case of delay's. Was this information helpful? |
