Hi, this is in response to my previous complaint comment from the yatra team - for the ticket with booking no.[protected], confirmation # nw94nk - payment was done twice.
1st time it was made through google pay in the name of roshan alex charey (My collegue), 2nd time it was made using my own hdfc netbanking. The proof of both the payment have been sent through mail. Also, both the payments were done on the same day but i got booking confirmation against only one of it.
I made the second booking using yatra only because it had the cheapest option at that point of time. Please reach out to me in case of any question on [protected].
