I booked a ticket on 16th april 2020 for travel dated 4th may 2020, due to lock down indigo airlines has cancelled the flight and credit the amount as credit sell. Now the problem starts with yatra website, they are still showing that the ticket is confirmed and there is no refund for the same, i dropped more then 20 mails but disappointed by getting system generated mail, i tried every means of communication whether it is tweeter, facebook, customer care number, all got ignored with no response. I have never seen such a poor service by any travel agent. This is the last option left for me to raise my concern, hope yatra will show some courtesy and address my problem.
