I have booked promotional packages from Yatratimes.com each of Rs. 10999/- and they have confirmed me on email to provide free gift of 32"LED of sony bravia on booking two nos. packages. I have in communication with yatratimes team members since last twenty days but they have not despatched any gift. Everytime different persons at customer case giving different reasons. Finally i have told to refund my payment and i am surprised that yatratimes will not refund single rupees even i am no more interested. Hi Guys, please don't fall for the Offers by this company. Its FRAUD. I purchased one of their offers on 8-Feb for 10999 and there is no way to make any booking. I tried mailing them on [protected]@yatratimes.com,

All mails have bounced. I tried calling them on the number mentioned on this site - [protected] and the guy answered said that they are not taking any booking and asked me to Google the Number for Booking / Reservations

Dear same problem with me so suggest me what to do
I too paid 10999 in jan 2015, and now when availing holiday package . I realised its fraud. They might have changed name from yathratimes.Com to some other name and doing frauds with othres . Have to nail them .
booked a package (for hotel accomodation for 4 nights and 5 days) 3
months ago. Long promises were made like in every other sales call.
However, each of them far from fulfilled. I was promised a cell phone as
a gift with the package which was to reach me within 7-8 days of
booking the package. It's been over 3 months and I don't have any
status. Also, I have called and mailed them numerous times times to book
a hotel for me but no reply either on mail or phone. Now they have very
conveniently started to ignore my calls.
Fraud company. Stay away from them.
