Hello.. I bought a shoe (OD[protected] from yepme (DATE 26-JUN-2015). The yep me was shown " BUY ONE GET ONE FREE". Dats why we bought item. but after arrival/despatched of item, it contains only one pair of shoe. we are dissappointed in purchasing from yepme. so whats the actual mean of yepme shown GET ONE FREE. We are confused. so please give the answer as soon as early.

Hello yepme..I bought two jeans(denim-medium wash and denim dark wash 88183) from yepme (date:23-june-2015).The yepme wash shown'buy one get one free'which clearly indicates to add one more item to avail the offer.Thats why I bought item, but after dispatched of item, it contains only one jeans after adding one more item.I am disappoited for that.Therefore I wanted to return the items.So please give the complaint ID or return id.
