Yepme.com — courier is not tracable

i placed a order on 5th feb 2015 nd d order no. is 11997293, they sent me a confirmation message that the order have been dispatched via speed post bearing docket no. AP[protected]IN, but to my surprise this is an invalid docket no. and i couldn't locate my courier through this docket number. have informed to their customer care executive about this but no action have been taken so far. please do the needful . or else i will have to go to the consumer forum.
