[Resolved] Yepme.com — no response on wrong delivery - pathetic service | |||
i have placed an order on yepme order number 10109232 which was delivered on 14th August. to my surprise i have ordered shorts and i have got t shirts from them. i registered the complaint on the website on 14th itself and they asked me to send the product back to them at my cost on the adress K-618, Rangpuri Ext, A Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi 110037 which i did on 16th by first flight courier docket w991b0722203. i have tracked the status of the shipment on 21st and the courier was delivered on 18th at the mentioned adress. i called the customer care number of yepme to know the status and they said they have not received the material. i have shared the details of the consignment and they promised to get back in 24 hrs. i got a sms stating that they have not received the material. i called them again and to my surprise they say they cant do anything about it . i am still under dark and cheated by yepme as there a a bunch o[censored]n professional people sitting there to handle the complaints.
