Yepme.com — Not Delivery on right time.

Dear All, I mr Amar kumar samal from Bhadrak, Odisha. I had given an order on 5th jan 15 and also despatched 7th jan 2015. But till now i m not getting and also my order should have delivery before 14th jan 2015.As i disscussed with your customer care service they told my it will deliver 12 hours but there is no response already 4 days outs. I have also gone to DTDC Courier office bhadrak branch they told me there is no any kind of courier on your name.
