[Resolved] Yepme.com — Not received Refund | |||
I ordered 8 pair of footwear from Yepme.com on 29th December 2013 and made the full payment using credit card. I cancelled a sandal on the same day as they did not have the right size. On 7th Jan 2014, I received an email stating that 2 or the products ordered were not in stock and they would process a refund. Finally I received the remaining 5 products some time in 2nd or 3rd week of Jan 2014, of which only one was of the right size and the whole shipment was of low quality. I sent back 4 products on my own expense through speed post in the last week of Jan. Till today I have received my refund. My order amount was Rs. 1024. Any help is greatly appreciated.
