[Resolved] Yepme.com — Not received the shoes which were ordered on 13august

Shoes were ordered from yepme on 13 th august but I didn't get the parcel till today I have already done the payment through debit card so what is the process that I should do the dtdc dotzot courier office are not receiving the call my parcel was send back to Delhi from rajkot and they are not responding to me resovle the problem
