I had ordered a pair of denims on 11/04/2016(order id:[protected] worth Rs 897 i got the product on 22/04/2016 but to my utter surprise i got the wrong size. Then according to the 30 days return policy i decided to return the product so for that i lodged a complaint on 02/05/2016(complaint id:[protected] and they revert to me by sending a message asking to return the product within 14 days of filing the complaint or else my money won't be refunded . I sent the product through first flight courier services on[protected]courier charges Rs 300). Till now i didn't even get a singe message or mail from them regarding the refund process. Earlier I have given a complaint regarding this product on[protected] but i didn't get any response. I have tried to call a hundred times on the toll free no displayed on their site but i dnt knw for what reason the call did not connect, atleast you should provide such a number where people can connect with you.i haven't received a single penny as a refund. Highly disappointed with yepme. This is the worst experience i have ever had regarding online shopping. Didn't expect this kind of service at all.please look into my complaint
