I booked the order on 2nd May and paid the amount Rs 1447 through net banking. Order ID : 30970532 Speed Post Docket No : AP[protected]IN I got the message that 3rd may that your order has been dispatched but till today 9th may I have not received the order . 8th may I called Yepme customer care and they said that within 48 hours they will provide the status. Today 9th may when I called to check the status they are telling that order is delivered according to their records which is absolutely false as I not received the order. Now they are telling to take 5-6 days for investigation. I want my order or my money to be refunded. Their service is really very poor and lazy, I am not happy with it because without delivering the product they are telling that product is delivered. Please do the needful .
