1. Service charge should be effectively 5.6% of the bill which is 14% of 40% of the total bill, as per Finance Ministry. 2.Also if you charge that much, there is a flaw in the calculation by 1-1.5%, which I am sure is intentional. Makes us pay extra the amount you deem to be correct. 3. On asking feedback form there was a blunt no from the person who served. 4. I asked for the change of fork which was not up to the mark, the person took it and placed the same one again (thinking too smart of himself or too fool o[censored]s). I am referring to sector 14 Gurgaon joint. Expecting to hear quickly, I have the bill to be taken forward with all elaborated calculations and pictures.
