I have booked a ticket for sukdeb sen pnr [protected] in waiting list for hwh mail 12809 dated 3rd may 18. As ticket has not been confirmed, you have refunded money by id [protected] on 4th may18. You have mentioned bank name zaakpay pg. But, my icici bank account has not been credited by refund amt rs 1605 as recorded by you. Kindly arrange for crediting my icici bank a/c. I had booked ticket on[protected] but it got failed and money got deducted but ticket not booked.
I have not received my refund money till date.For your references transaction id.-[protected]
