I had a railway booking on irctc app on 28 january, 2018. Total amount being 1610. I had cancelled the tickets on 22nd march, 2018 and it stated for a refund of rs 1230 through zaakpay pg which hasn't been refunded into my bank a/c yet. And their consumer care unit is always busy.
