[Resolved] Zebpay — Amount deducted from bank but not reflecting in wallet | |
Hi Team, I have done an IMPS transfer of 25000 INR from my icici bank to the registered account of Zebpay. My amount and transaction show success and money got deducted from the account but still the amount not showing in my wallet. I have raised multiple tickets with customer service however no one is responding yet. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible otherwise I will go with legal action. Apr 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I created support tickets and emailed them multiple times. At the same time raised a charge back request from my back to another bank. It put pressure overall and then they solved it after 10 days Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
