Dear zebpay, i have completed my kyc level 2 already so why again my account disable. i c'nt unable to trade or fiat withdraw and deposit.sir, it's not fair. why zebpay again and again need kyc . i have in trouble and my money again stuck.

From 28april zebpay has kept my account blocked(ticket no 936042). First for kyc2 verification then they started saying for suspicious acitivty pending further investigatio. From more than 2 weeks m asking details about so called "suspicious activity" And "pending further investigation" so many times. all gave a reply saying they will communicate soon and were asking me to have patience. Again I have waited for many...

Hi. It is one week since I have deposited 2 lakhs into my zebpay account. Till now the money is not credited into my account. Zebpays bank idbi has confirmed that they have received the payment, and my bank has confirmed that the deposit is a success... Attached is both confirmations. I have contacted zebpay ticket no 913633 and always the response is to wait patiently. Kindly do the needful.

have raised ticket for the same on support ([protected]@zebpay.com) but no response

And it shown 0rs.. honestly I had 41 k balance ... and there is shown that withdraw 41k from the request... Is there any way to contact the bank owning your account to see if the deposit has been successful? It is working day today and the NEFT transfer is not updated yet. The money is deducted from my account.

Tried depositing money three times into Zebpay account from my registered bank account. Money was debited from my bank account but still not credited into my zebpay account. I raised a ticket but no response from them. This is very frustrating issue in such a crucial trading app.

I have deposited INR 50000 to Zebpay via Airplay UPI on 10th Dec, and the bank confirmed several times that the amount had already been deposited into the beneficiary account.

I had transferred 106USD IN BTC they received 66USD IN BTC even when I send market value 4100000 when they received that time market value 4250000... it's mean zebpay charged 74USD FOR 106USD ### of zebpay close ur company......
