i have brought a water purifier from reliance digital gurgaon last year April with one year extended warranty and service form reliance(reliance resq). It stops working in Feb mid, I have made a complaint last week Feb that still not resoled as per complaint and their service plane the solve problems in 24-48 hours. [protected] is service complaint request no. We all know the importance of water purifier/ living without it for 15 days is pain full and drinking impure water is nothing, just an invitation to diseases.
