Hello Sir/Mam, We have called to Zen Services for our Onida TV repair .They said there is an issue with IC inside the TV and have taken it on 10/09/2016 and they said return date was 12/09/2016.Its been weeks we couldn't get our repair done. Every time we call one lady will pick the call and she will respond very recklessly.We have been suffering from past these many days .None of the phone no's mentioned in consumer complaints were not working .Any help would be greatly appreciable.
