Zero B Water Purifier — servicing not done since 9 months

I purchased ZERO B Emerald water purifier on April 2012 and after 4 months I raised a request for the free service with the req number #583038. Till the date no one came to do the service, I called many times 30-40 to the customer care and the sales person(which i purchased the candidate). Every time they are saying will do the service within two days but no one addressed.

I purchased the ZERO B water purifier which includes the free services and one new filter after 4 months.
