Zerodha Broking Ltd — Dividend for shares NTPC

I have 800 shares of NTPC on 13.08.2020 which was the ex date for dividend declared by NTPC. NTPC paid dividend on 03.10.2020 . When I did not receive my dividend I raised complaint in Zeerodha which they closed one sided.

I contacted in NTPC office and they inform me that on 13.08.2020 against my DMAT A/c no holdings is reported.

I purchased 800 shares of NTPC in july for which I have contract notes of Zeerodha. They are manipulating in share holdings and not giving any folio detail. Whether SEBI can put a ban on these type of brokers .
