After regular fallow-up with Zerodha support & @BSEStARMF still i didn't get refund of my fail transaction on 17-Jul-2022. Transaction done [protected]@zerodhaonline Coin platform.
It nearly 2months my money was blocked. And I did not any forward path without follow up with Zerodha support. And Every i got this copy paste answer.
Please resolve .

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 27 Jul 2022, I had made a payment towards purchase Quant Mutual Fund(ELSS Scheme) through 'Coin Section' of Zerodha/Kite portal and a sum of Rs 1, 55, 000 was deducted from my ICICI Account[protected] as per the following detail given by ICICI Bank SMS: "Dear Customer, ICICI Bank Account XX757 is debited with INR 1, 55, 000.00 on 27-Jul-22. Info: BIL*ONL*00045. The Available Balance is INR 1, 30, 861.38....

Funds not reflecting in Zerodha app
Hello,
I had transferred Rs 10000 to Zerodha on Jul 31 2021. I had also received confirmation regarding receipt of funds. How when I checked next day, the funds are not reflecting in Zerodha. I am really worried about my money.
Please look into this.

I have 800 shares of NTPC on 13.08.2020 which was the ex date for dividend declared by NTPC. NTPC paid dividend on 03.10.2020 . When I did not receive my dividend I raised complaint in Zeerodha which they closed one sided.
I contacted in NTPC office and they inform me that on 13.08.2020 against my DMAT A/c no holdings is reported.
I purchased 800 shares of NTPC in july for which I have contract notes of Zeerodha....
