I have been issued with 4 vouchers of all together rs.38000. The voucher code is as follows:

When ever i am redeeming it on amazon it is giving error. I am paying the emi of rs.2778 every month and contacting you guys on chat for help but not getting it. Please...

I applied on june 18.
I made a flip kart purchase worth 14000 rs but iam not used any voucher of zest money.
Amount of 1061 is auto debited in my account today (20/08/2018)
Iam already talked with zest money executives please deactivate my account.
They said yes one month ago.
But not cancelled my account.br...

They advertise and do not let you know the complete details of the load once you process your loan then you come to know the extra interest charges; and now I have changed my mind to not purchase anything using their loan voucher and asked them to cancel my account; Its been 3 weeks and more than 5 to 6 calls and email replies they fail to cancel my account.

I am afraid that I will be charged for something which I have not...

I have bought the flipkart voucher cards (Gift card no: [protected] and [protected]) from zestmoney worth rs. 16000 but now i want to cancel these voucher cards because i don't want to purchase any product from flipkart.
I raised the request to zestmoney for cancellation of vouchers but they are not responding back, even they have not provided any option to cancel the vouchers on their web portal.
I contacted flipkart...

I hav taken loan for 40k and my vouchers i have got was not getting redeemed i have sent u lots of mails to your helpdesk finally i wanna say that i wont pay emis till u solve my problem im struggling from two months till u guys not yet responded i hav send lots of emails to helpdesk no one reaponding to me im struggling alot and finally decided to not to pay emi till the problem get solve...

I get 19000rp loan as gift voucher code and pin in two ways.
But at apply time you never show about interest on that shopping...but now you add extra 6000rp on EMI ...it's not valid...pls given details for return your money and close my account...I get voucher today from zest money side in two different mode one of 10000rp and second 9000rp... total 19000rp...
Now they send 1398rp EMI for 18month...

I applied loan from zestmoney for 14999.
That is used on flipkart web site for mobile purchase. But my order had been cancelled. They refunded money to original gift card to zestmoney. But zestmoney did not cancelled my loan from my id. It showed. Plz cancelled my loan from my idea for flipkart. i call to the customer care they take call after 20 minuet . they said my loan will cancel up to 10 days on 10.

Hi, i requested zest for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. No customer service number provided to talk. I will be happy if my issue is resolved...

I apply for loan in zest money for 35990 for purchase mobile on Flipkart but zest money did not approve loan that time then I purchased mobile in cash after one month zest money approve my loan and send Flipkart vouchers of 35990 and also 7800 intrest amount that was not told me there are 0% intrest add on zest money website now I want to cancel my loan so I mail zest money they replied me and told me they cannot cancel loan kindly help me...

I was purchased the product 3months back, but emi still not deducting from my a/c. I went to big c store for 4 times. And gave the signature on nach page, but same thing repeated, they are saying that, your nach was not accepted by higher authority. Respected I am customer of zest money aka Came down solutions. My monthly premium of month is Rs. 1008, this month my 431 extra money has stolen from my bank account without informing me. How it possible this company without informing me debited my extra amount. Why? Refund my money with extra amount coz is headache . Totally disappointed from your wrist company behaviour....

My query was simple regarding the mismatch accounts of my zest. I have sent email (Case #[protected]and waited for response long time and the call support was terrible, they said my "Queue number is 28" and I have waitied for an hour and fedup.
