Warranty ID: EXT1YB1189 Sir, i have claimed to the insurance company for the repair of my HP Tab 7. the screen of my tab was damaged, and the insuarance company has accepted to give the claim towords my complaint. and they have conformed me to give my payment in betweeen the month of august. i have send all my bill detail of claim my claim id to them. still not recieved my payment. i have send them my details on 8th June, and they conformed me to give the paymnt in month of august, but not recieved my claim money of Rs 3597. whenever i call them they say that the server is down we cant give you information or they dont pick the call. i have send them atleast 10-15 mails yet. but no responce of mail is given to me yet. i request you to help me in this case please.
